A little place to get things off your chest or vent.

I really need this right now!

I've been calling this certain watch company for one month trying to get links to a watch I got. After a dozen or so calls. I'm so threw with them! They have the rudest people taking the calls. And I've gotten no where! Just a lot of run around. I'm so taking this watch back!!!!

I need a stick it to the man smiley! devil

I find exercise always help. I never smoked, but I have recently lost 120 lbs. (started 1 year ago today). I walk 12 miles a day now and it really has helped me psychologically, as well as physically. So if you get out and walk, or do something active, that might help alot. Good luck and hang in there--3 days is a good start!thumbs up

I already raised hell with them. I got hung up on repeatedly. So I kept calling back and trying to talk to a supervisor. I really don't think they have anyone supervising them!

To make it worse the company you get the links from isn't even the company that makes the watches! So I just tried calling the company and they don't even have a customer service! There is no one to talk to! This is so ridiculous!

Holy cow! 6 miles would take me 2 hours and 15 min or so.

I already try to work out 2 hours a day. I don't know where the energy would come from for four and a half hours!

Congrats.

The watch is getting returned. They can shove it up their you know whats! and I'll be sure to tell everyone not to buy a watch from them ever again!

I walk on the beach in North Myrtle Beach, SC.... that helps alot!! It is so beautiful and at night, not too many people around during the winter. It takes me an hour and a half to walk 6 miles, so I go at a pretty good clip. Working out 2 hours a day is terrific! You should be proud of that.

I quit a while ago, but I found some interesting information on how nicotine effected my body before I quit. Everytime you smoke it triggers insulin plus the release of sugar stores from your body.

This is one of the reason that smokers tend to be people that eat later in the day, once their sugar stores are depleted. As a smoker you might also have had a higher tolerance to the amount of caffine that you could drink.

Try fruit juice diluted in half with water to sip during the day and see if it evens out your sugar craving. And I found drinking half as much coffee/soda helped reduce the jitters. Cinnamon candy somehow helped too, even tho' I don't know why.

Good luck.
