Hi and welcome anthorain!
My daydreams are full of peace thoughts and acts which consist exactly of giving or re-give smile on faces of each person I meet, in my job, or volunteering ways, I know how to make smiling because I am a clown, I try to give all the happiness I can, all my good mood and just think about a sentence every day: "A day without a smile/laugh is a lost day"
Too many persons are sad and need a smile or an attention, it doesn't cost any and it can be like gold...
My daydreams are for the poor and sad persons who are alone.
It is not a goal, it is not a fantasy, nor idea...it is only a real way of life among the others without forget we all need to connect each to the others.

I only "daydream" at night when I am laying in bed and cant sleep....
I think about 2 things...
I redecorate or remodel homes I have been in and can remember the layout. I sometimes do the same one differently in my mind for days til I think it's perfect.
or
I pretend I have a ton of money and start a homeless shelter where all of the recourses people would need to get their life straight is in one bulding. They would have apartments, babysitters, parental training, job training, suppport programs, therapists...and on and on....
Lord just reading this makes me bored...no wonder I do it before I go to sleep.
