CossackCat: The annual salary of the President of the United States is $400,000 per year, including a $50,000 expense allowance, a $100,000 nontaxable travel account, and a $19,000 entertainment account. The president's salary is set by Congress, and under Article II, Section 1 of the United States Constitution, may not be increased or reduced during his or her current term of office
Trump is not the first president to donate his salary. Former Presidents John F. Kennedy and Herbert Hoover, both wealthy before they took offices, donated all their earnings, and didn't take a salary either.
Vice-president: Approximately $300.000, and less expense accounts.
Former Presidents and Vice Presidents, also received retirement benefits and Secret Service protection
The current base salary for all rank-and-file members of the U.S. House and Senate is $174,000 per year, plus benefits and expense accounts. (But then end up millionaires)
Whoa.. Some of these Presidents, PMs, and Chancellors etc... get way to much! (America should cut funding, and citizens of these countries should be revolting)
Amazing how the Clintons made all those millions without ever working with a nice fund to rely on.
