Since we don't know either of you and have very scant details, it's very hard to say really...If she still smiles at you that might not mean anything at all. Maybe she's just a nice girl and being polite, no way to tell really. Two months ago I asked for her phone number and she said no.She still smiles and says hi.Should I ask her again?
Sure give it a bit of time and ask again, but make sure you tell her it's the last time you're going to ask, because you don't want her to think this is going to be a regular thing and for her to start wondering if she needs to avoid you in future...if she starts to think like that then you have zero chance with her and that zero will last forever as well.
