Blue13malta, Majjistral Malta3 Threads 9 PostsI am baffled by the word happiness. Can we really be happy? Is happiness a momentary non-lasting thing? When were you happy? What moments triggered off this feeling?
Happiness is being grateful for all the good in your life. Hopefully the unhappiness will be what is momentary and non-lasting.
Yes.... whenever I feel truly happy, I remind myself to remember it.... for the times when the happiness is gone... and then one day it all comes back again..... like a circle....And you never know what exactly is going to make you feel happy?

Happiness is the antidote of unhappiness.
It is one of the things that has to balance out.
It is a way of interpreting life. You can look at a glass of water which is filled to the middle. An optimist would say it is half full, a pessimist, half empty.
To the optimist being half full makes him happy, to the pessimist it makes him unhappy.
Expecting too much, planning the impossible results in unhappiness, because impossible goals are impossible to reach and disappointment spells unhappiness.
Maybe the above is not the recipe for happiness but an insight into its interpretation and achievment

The happiness for me is when i can give something than another can enjoy,even a smile.....Happiness is a choice..we can wake up in the morning and be happy or not.It has nothing to do with success, money, love or stuff, strictly internal...once you decide you are happy...you are.

When we are young, we dream about something unreal,the everyday joy, that's why we tend to change partners easily.The passion ends. We must give ourselves to make it last,also by protecting the beautiful feelings we have from other "threads".
Love is much of a calm...of inhaling the other person in her/his good and bad...is the feeling towards the details, is something much elaborated, much complex, that doenst desappear easily, that isnt momentaneous.You dont give much of importance to her/his style, her/his body, what she/he represents to the society,but how she/he gives you joy when she/he speaks, take you to the world...
So, on the way to the world, you have to count on accidents...
