im the same, but i take sleeping tablets, if you try lavender oil thats nice and relaxing that might help you adrean just put a few drops on your pillow at night or in a oil burner
I do. I can feel really sleepy, but when I go to bed. I just can't get there. I can turn the lights off and just lay there for hours. So, I finally figure out if I watch tv in my room on low volume. Then I can go to sleep that way. My eyes get tired. I use no substance of any kind to sleep. (the ones I used to use, did not make you sleep). However, I find on the times that I drink some wine, that I sleep really well and feel rested when I wake up. Kat

I have the same problem.I used to play some of those relaxation cds with the waterfall or ocean sounds but those just made me want to pee which created another reason I couldn't sleep.Now I don't drink caffeine after noon and go to bed every night at the same time.This regimen is slowly starting to work.
