You usually like mechanical things, and I like them very much. Recently, I have been researching DIY 3D printers and bought some parts online at . I feel that the quality is pretty good and I have completed most of the work. , looking forward to success.

Be aware and cautious of non-planar polygons. They will cause issues with your prints. If in doubt, or run into issues, just convert the mesh to all triangles, then reprocess/slice for the print.

I use Simplify3D, as it allows you to prévisualise the print before you commit to the materials. Quite useful for cleaning up free online meshes or discovering issues with your own models. Plus the slicer does a great job for all sorts of printers. Regardless of which controller software you use.

Another recommendation is to get hardened steel nozzles and Aquanet extra hold hairspray for the build plate.
