curiosity killed the cat. Where do you study. I too am a TKD Student and assistant instructor. But, I have recently moved and all the schools in my area are karate, and well questionable. any ideas????

I go to a school called "Kor-Am Tae Kwon Do". Kor-Am stands for "Korean-American". The master of the school is american, and his wife is korean. I love it there! Almost everyone is really friendly, and we have a very high black-belt retainment rate. In other words, we have a lot of students continue to train after they get their first degree.

The school is located on the corner of 66th and penn ave. south in richfield. It is near the intersection of 62 and 35W.

I was also an assistant instructor for 3 years. I stopped this past summer because I got a "real" job working at valleyfair... I'm not sure which was worse though: dealing with a bunch of little kids who have no buisness being in martial arts, or putting up with stupid co-workers and guests that have lost 50 I.Q. points from walking into the park(that is my rough estimate, by the way. I have found that with the exception of a slim few and rollercoaster/amusement park enthusiasts, most people loose 50 I.Q. points when they enter a park, along with all of their manners and common sense.). I did get to drive the train, though. That was pretty cool!
