The Main reason for a Forum Failure can be directly attributed to Numbers of potential Posters, 
You need Players and lot's of them, If people NO GOT PLAY,THEN THEY NO POSTING!!!
The international Forums,have allot more Players,thus you got a very active Forum...

I am here from time to time,but I gotta tell you, I find Reading a book more productive then being on this or any other Dating Web-site...
I guess it depends on your definition of "productivity." For me...a day spent chatting/talking/shooting the breeze is FAR more productive than "enriching" my life with reading a book...
