Paddy, if you Up Grade to a Commercial Drivers Licence, you can have up to 17 before they will pull it and if you spray you plates with Photo Blocker,then you will get NO photo tickets... 
You see by up grading to Commercial,you change the way that coppers see you and in most cases you no longer even get tickets...
There is a material you can get on-line call photo blocker and you simply spray it on your license plates and you will never get a photo ticket again...
