I think one can find love anywhere. Here at least, I believe we, are putting on notice that we are in the market for love.
What is love - We all know the answer to that question wedward, have we not on previous threads answered this question.
I would like to find love today - anyone else?

"To love or not to love", is that really the question? For example, I can see that it may be a valid question in relation to, say, loving one's neighbours but that is not the love in question here. In fact if we could be so steely hearted as to be able to decide not to love, then love would not be a matter of such universal perplexity. I'd think that in the matter of love one has no choice. That's why one 'falls' in love.

Why do we throw away love? Do we really? If we recognised that even a powerful emotion such as love is also quite often a transient phenomenon, then we can consider ourselves more mature in matters of the heart.

Finding love here? Of course Wedward. I already love you. Oops, that's probably not what you seek but yes the seeds of love can be sown here.

Or am I getting softheaded?

Wedward, I'm not sure I get your drift. Would you also not mind introducing some word and sentence separation in your posts. They would greatly help comprehension.

Do not take my statement as literal truth. If Wedward was feeling despondent and unloved I thought I should give him some moral support. But surely a compassionate side to me has been revealed?

I was referring to your words about the steely heart, for which I gave you the thumbs up, not your declaration of love to Wedward!

Watch it, I think I'm starting to like you! No, on second thoughts....laugh

And Winston, we know why you write the way you do but, and I've told you this before, without punctuation or structure, it can be very difficult and time consuming to comprehend what you are writing sometimes. Worse, it can alter the whole meaning of what you are trying to say which results in people misunderstanding your posts. professor

In answer to your thread 'Wedybaby'.....I agree with most of what 'Waterdragon' said..... 'WE' are on this site hoping that maybe ONE DAY... we MAY just stumble across someone that would bring that emotion called 'love' back into our lives...
Personally, I am not holding my breath.....but 'Sunshine7', you MUST believe it is possible for you!!! Otherwise......
.
In the meantime I will continue to drink & smoke in the 'Cybabar'....cool wine beer :

The energy of love, I believe cannot be destroyed,it can be clouded by barriers dark or otherwise we place in our minds, usually at the end or the beginning of the end in a relationship.
Our darkest demons tend to come out at this time and if allowed to stay
- more dark barriers tend to be placed which make it difficult to accept love that once was or to be.
