It's not going to be a problem to fire her, just need one to fill out her
place first.....I'm working enough as it is so the problem is to find another

the longer you hold her on the worst example you statuate on the co-workers .. make a general point to all the ones you work with - get them a percentage rasing for higher sells .. stimulate the team .. because if she is good at her job - what you know the next is like ?? Juggle and be present

You got me wrong....the problem is how to cover the shifts.
We are not to many people in service since we only have 80
seat's in the restaurant, however in the weekend we need to
be three in service including me and myself, however just had a
talk with a girl yesterday and she's starting tonihgt and she
has been in the line of work for some time so the problem is
