Well, In my opinion.
First two of your lines are correct, third one I'm doubtful coz I have seen babies, I mean very pretty babies whose parents were quite ordinary looking...I wont say ugly due to respect a human. The word Ugly is quite harsh for me to say, same like hate.
Why I disagree because although its true, baby inherits physical styles from parents as its genetic but also, not to forget, those genes are also from their ancestors, where, not necessarily, none of which were good looking...So one generation of the next, genes/ DNA gets transfered and so, many beautiful babies come into this world everyday
Im sure that if an ordinary looking new-born is taken care of properly, given good nourishment and taught well. the same baby not even can become good looking person appearance wise but also, a wonderful personality as a whole.
I can quote examples / stories if you like.
