My first truck was a white Chevy pick up on blocks. I was like 3, but I had a hell of a time! I am a fan of American cars. Have had close to 40 of them by now.
They have different Quirks that make each brand unique, that's for sure. A lot of it depends on the driver, too.

I did on My GMC, but didn't on my Cadillacs or my extended cab Chevy. Did on a couple Mercurys, but don't on my 4x4. Don't on the Lincoln, but do on the ex-cab Ford. Did have to slam the door on my '64 chevy, and not on my '55 ford. Didn't on my Trans AM or the T-Bird.


Just depends on the individual vehicle, how old it is, and how well it was cared for.

Being able to sit in a kiddie pool on a hot summer day with the dogs and a cooler of cold beer.

Knowing how to and enjoying working on those blocked cars.

Being able to enjoy a moonpie and RC cola with out shame.

Buying a bug zapper for purely entertainment value.
