You are not burning hydrogen in a regular gas engine. Hydrocarbon and hydrogen are not the same thing. The energy from gas-fuel is released by breaking carbon-carbon bonds to form more stable water and carbon dioxide (mainly anyway).
You have to explain bingo fuel a bit better. Isn't that the amount of fuel left in a plane to get you safely back to the airport?
Where is this "plasma hydrogen" coming from which would be very hot (the sun is mainly hydrogen plasma)? So how can it run cooler? And why would there be carbon dioxide in your exhaust if you only burn hydorgen? Any internet sources?

The bubbler is a tank containing a mixture of water and hydrocabures (gasoline, diesel, kerosene, crude oils and others derived from hydrocarbons...).
The hot gas flow coming from the exhaust of the engine circulates by the outside part of the reactor with a strong kinetic energy, that contributes to bring up to very high temperature the steel rod (being used as heat accumulator) contained in the pyrolytic chamber. The gases cross the engine and penetrate then in the bubbler containing the water/hydrocarbures mixture. The vapor of the mixture is strongly aspired by the vacuum created by the engine intake and is pushed by the pressure coming from the exhaust. The kinetic energy of the vapor is increased considerably by the reduction of the diameter in the pyrolytic chamber (by Venturi effect). The combined effect of the high temperature and the increase of the kinetic energy produces a thermochemical decomposition ( molecular breakdown ) of the water/hydrocarbures mixture.
The endothermic reactor forms an Electro-Plasma-Chemical unit (EPC) and it is now possible to create a high-output fuel coming from the decomposition of the water contained in the water/hydrocarbures mixture. This fact is confirmed by the presence of oxygen gaz (O2) in great amount measured in the exhaust.

I see you copied that from a French website. That's about the only place mentioning it. It's hard to understand because of the poor translation. But some of the things they say on that site make no sense. They keep talking about hydrogen but then list the formula of formaldehyde that's being burnt. You also need a battery and if you look at their output/input numbers they are not very efficient at all. So, what is the supposed advantage of all this? You still need a hydrocarbon source and you need to put energy into it to electrolyze it. Plus it gets hot as hell.

I have done my research and built the system shown
,But I started at it fron The Angle of The Carbon Sub-Arc,of which I upgraded to Tungston and High Friq,but to jump prodrction, I found that Victor Shrausburg and his Implosion Vortex was needed, by spinning the water through a tube past your Tungston Sub-Arc you can not only keep up with 125 PSI but you can increase to what ever output you like, Thus granting you throttle controle...
Through my research of H2 Plasma, I ran into BINGO FUEL and thus scrapped my work and went onto The Pipe Structure, because a simple venturi is much easier to produce then modulated High Friqu and spinning water...
Over you, all I can say is that I have done the work and I know it to work...

Yes the simple pipe structure is what I speak of and there is a Scammer in Utah that will teach you all about this subject for as little as $10,000.00, I thought that was just a might high for his wind bag of dreames...
Anybody that builds this systen and makes it work on a 5 hp honda angine will get it and then be able to see that it is a heat excanger, I run one system per bank on a V8 and I made the bubbler out of Stainless 316 of which I placed virticly on both sides of my step-side, they look like Exhost Stacks...
The Bubbles hold 15 gallons of water and 5 gallons of Hydrocarbon,
So I am set up for 40 gallons of fuel...
When Your Engine is running you will have plenty of H2, when your engine is not running,you will have NO H2...
Bingo is a very clean and simple tech...
But these day's I work on Over Unity, because Energy From The Active Vacume of Space is the real Mother Load of FREE ENERGY...

If you drive a Gasoline Powered Auto, are you aware of the fact that your car really runs on Hydrogen
because Hydrocarbon is Hydrogen and Carbon and if you increase The Hydrogen, you will burn off 100% of The Carbonmonoxide...
