I hope it helps love, does for me but then it happens so rarely these days. Yeah, you only get a hangover when you stop drinking...... and prevention is better than cure. I always have at least two large glasses of water and a couple of paracetamol before I go to bed and I am right as rain in the morning!!

its a pretty rare event for me too but all my mates are taurean - april/may has just been one long party - one friend was 50 last week then last night another friend was a quarter of a century old - then theres three others - it really has been a busy and different few weeks

As we get older we do tend to suffer more after too many sherberts. That is why I always take those preventative measures. It sounds like its taking its toll, Trish, but I bet you had a fab time - good for you!!

Thanks Honey, we all had a great time - i met people who live in the next village who i have seen out and about and never would have dreamed they were as bad as me - ha ha ha and some other people too who live not so far and i have never seen them - its a small world and i bet there are some more parties come from last night - what a great time i had - hey, and it was good to know i had got myself home and was safe when i opened my eyes - that did feel good - not that i ever wake up anywhere else!!!!

Don t add sugar at all. I know it will be yucky to drink but within 20 minutes from drinking it you won t remember you had a hangover.
