It is disturbing to hear what has happened to your cousin, I do hope he is going to be alright. I was equally surprised that this kind of violence still exists, like you I thought things had changed. I hope they catch the evil people who did this, it is a horrible act that does not need to go without punishment. My thoughts and good wishes are with you and your family.
