Have u experience "jelousy" ruining friendship (not in relationship)? (3)

I am not talking about in a relationship but in a frienship, have you experienced that???

Tons of times.
I'm very outgoing and friendly and thousands of times i've meet people from the net.
Whenever i get really close to someone as a friend or relationship it's always the other persons friends who feel left out and then start bad mouthing me. I even had one try and punch me for taking away his friend, which i didn't.

People in sites like these get jealous of new people fast. That's why i'm reluctant to meet people now because there's so much drama with people today. People have become more jaded and obsessive about others in their lives that they think anyone new will take them away.

The reason why i think people have started acting this way is because of the net. It allows people to sit at home and talk to others but then those people who spend lots of time on the net lose the ability to make new friends in real life. So then what friends they already have, even if they are bad friends to begin with, they cling to them like crazy.
