Unfortunatly it usually comes down to money,who has it gets the best attorneys and there r judges that enjoy the green paper alos.It's not particually females get off easier,cause if the above mentioned isn't taking place,it all depends on the jury.But in all ways I think men get a worse rap than women.When a man files for assault and battery,it's often taken lightly.I say don't look at the gender,it's human hurting or killing human.Of course there's the Paris Hilton story.......

I actually agree with that. There are plenty of men that have been or are being abused, and it's not taken seriously. In situations where both people have marks on them, there's no way to know who hit whom first, and I'm sure that the authorities err on the side of the man starting it.
