I definitely prefer the man to make the moves, because I am very shy in real life, this is my personality robot you see here in the forums. But I will give heavy signs, he'll know because he'll see it in my eyes. If I'm looking at his face, his hands, his... I'm interested.

I think men like to make the moves, but they look for a sign from the woman. Also depends if we're talking about a public or private "approach".
In public, dancing is always a great way to turn a man on - slow dancing or grinding up close. Hips and hands everywhere and fat chance he'll walk away :) Or the more subtle hand on the knee (either partner) and then moving north?
