I will make a comment here about the Romani.
They have been despised and spit on. Society sees them generally as thieves.
There are from a different culture.
I had done some research on them and they appear to have their roots in India.
There are different tribes and caravans.
The leader of a community of the Romani is called a Rom.
Their spoken language is difficult because they assimilate other words into it.
They breed great horses.
No other established breed will compare to the history that the Gypsy Horses hold. What other breed of horse do you know of, that will fetch tens of thousands of dollars, with no papers and no guarantee? They do just that in the UK and Ireland.
The Romani have certain beliefs among themselves. For one, they do not bathe in still water. The water must be running. There are other customs as well. The Romani are a very deep culture.
They have a flag.

Also, when you go to a fortune teller never answer a single question they pose.
Act like you are deaf and dumb.
School your face into absolute blankness.
Don't react.

For being nomadic people who had to use stars in the sky for direction..well the Romani language does not have a word for star as we do.
They do not have a word for a star in the sky.

I will have to look at research again. I don't think that they have many words for colours either.

I do have a Romani Dictionary bookmarked.

Since I can't edit on this site I will look up for you and do a document with Romani and translation.
