I am surrounded by nice people, but I truly beleive - what you send out comes back to you. I had a co worker bring me lasagna and garlic toast for lunch today.

I have experienced many in the past 2 weeks or so..since have not been well....friends dropping by, calling, just checking in...and kind words and deeds....I am so thankful for that!! It's funny the gratitude for getting a few hours of ininterrupted sleep also.....wow....yet again puts life in perspective.....
I hope everyone who reads this finds one blessing in their day...and takes a moment of gratitude for things we all take for granted and life again reminds me...to be pain free....able to do the things we want and need to do in this life...things never to be taken for granted
