Costa Rica, it's a place that has no army, no oil to be fought over. It has inland lakes, aluvial lakes. two coast lines just about three hour apart. Rain Forests, Cloud forests, fertile soil. More birds in that country then any other. Plus U.S. currency is like 3 to 1 there.
