The future that we had we planned together,
The future we were excited about,
Has offically left the building,
Without even a second doubt,

There goes growing old together,
There goes all of our dreams,
There goes planning our next child togerther,
There goes us being a team,

There goes us raising our beautiful daughters together,
There goes us being strong during all the controversy,
There goes us surviving the stormy weather,
There goes our 50th anniversary,

You say that all of this is my fault,
And that breaks every part of my heart,
You thought I didn't love you,
So, haven't you been wrong so far,

My love for you is undying ,
Standing tall and strong,
But I'll give what you asked,
And go away far and for long,

I know it's gonna be a long time,
Before I'll get to see your beautiful smile,
I only see it when I close my eyes,
