Dont know if you are directing this to anyone in particular but if not, thanks.. Let me tell you all this: One day at work things were not going well. There were angry customers, the boss was hard to please etc.
My pod mate got a call every day from her husband at 12...never fail.
She yells over to me Rick wants to speak with you. Me? I said...yes, hurry up. I answered the phone...hello....he says..."I understand you are having a crappy day today...yeah I said....he says, has anyone told you how good you look today?" well, I laughed so hard...made my day.
Rick passed away a yr later with unkown heart complications. Thank you Racoon for this thread......

hi ya Hz....Clara: sometimes when the chips are down we forget who we are and the difference we make in someone's life somewhere along the way.
Rick was the type of person who did that every day of his life. Sherry misses him so and is still grieving...they were truly in love even after 15 yrs of marriage.
