Morning sustenance will come in the form of a processed and wrapped breakfast bar containing some sort of fruit-like substance once I get to the office.

Interesting. A lot of you eat pancakes. I always have 2 weetbix, that's a cereal for those of you who don't know. If the milk has run out I have 2 slices of toast with Boysenberry jam. Further a cup of coffee and a cigarette.
