Oh I have to have one both times... Love starting my day off clean and fresh and then taking one before bedtime helps me sleep alot better...

However, I would add that on a hot summer weekend, I've been known to jump in the shower 3 times in a day... in the event I don't think I smell like daiseys....

Depends on what went on that day.......I cant count how many times I went to bed fully clothed shoes and all......That would call for a morning shower......
I do love that just before bed shower too though....so I guess I would say 99% both!
