Those things are decided by government. interesting also is the promise to find cures.. There is a conspiracy that they have found the cure for cancer - the pharmacutical companies bought the rights to it and left it on the shelf.
A doctor in Westen Australia (now in Scotland i think) used some kind of heat therapy (the theory was that cancer cells because they multiply quicker they are faster to absorb sugar when heat is applied the suger heavy cancer cells die) i think his name was Dr Holt - the government called for this to be investigated then it fell off the table - the dr in question wanted to teach the method to someone before he retired. Apparently he cured the incurable.
No cancer means less doctors required etc someone didnt want it to be passed down.

this idea....
You can get as much as 130degrees Farenheit from using a bean can with a soup can inside of it.
Simple fusion Such as used for Nuclear but with no toxic waste.
Place a bolt inside of the soup can (threads all ) seal the ends of the can.(leave 1 inch of bolt out bottom and as much as you can out of top preferabley 2 -4 inches... Use a nut 1/4 thick and tighten it to the bolt on the bottom of the soup can, And repeat step for top of soup can...
Find a bean can that will allow measurements of open space between soup can outside dimensions and bean can inside dimensions of 1/4" top 1/4" bottom And 1/8" circumfrence (sorry not offering drawings )
Bean can bottom drill hole to fit bolt (threads all ) through cut a piece of 3/4 plywood or board that will fit past the can on all sides so you will be able to mount the bean can to the platform.
Drill a countersink hole (not all the way through ply wood just deep enough for the hole to act as a support ) Drill countersink Just tight enough to place bolt snuggly in.
Now using some type of hear resistant sealer / Gasket maker substance (automotive engine sealer works great) seal the bean can to the base and mount can by personal preference (i used 4 L shaped brackets which i bolted and sealed to the bean can and screwed into the base...
Place soup can inside bean can... Using a grinder Cut and shape bolt end to fit into the countersink on the base and through the hole in the bottom of the bean can.
Place an oil type liquid vegtable,animal,fossil into the bean can (about 1/4" above the bottom of the soup can.) BOTTOM of can
(about 1/2 deep into the bean can...)
drill hole in bean can lid or (top plate out of wood also will work if the wood is shaped to fit in or on the can top as a lid) used to cover can.
Seal the lid and you can also use a heat resistant tape to keep lid on Just make sure you have it fitting well enough to not leak.
Place a tempature device either on the side of the can or you can use an IR temp reader from a distant.
Now to power this device...
One easy method is to place it on a drill press Chucking the bolt out of the top of the can...
You could use a hand drill or battery drill but Not safe if you do not hold it steady...
You can use an electric motor or a solar motor with a belt around the bolt.
The object is to spin the soup can inside the bean can as steady and quickly as possible The more the RPM the Higher the heat ratio IS...
This is the simple quick test of the theory of what has been presented... Using the same tolerances you can (and i have ) Used a washing machine parts to enlarge the scale....
What was discovered is this.
Radiant heat up to 340 degrees in larger application (took 3 mins to gain temp and held steady for 18 hours constant)
AN oil furnace needs to reach tempature of about 175 degrees then the fan kicks on and disperses the heat throughout the facility until the chamber tempature falls below a certian level of about 90 degrees
Then if more heat is need Ofcourse the fuel is injected and the chamber heats back up to around 175 degrees and so on until the desired tempature has been reached...
I say no fuel is to be added only what is contained in the can... No fumes or gasses,No chance of house catching on fire since fire is not present or electrical wiring etc...

I think the treatment involves ultra high frequency waves
and infusion of glucose blockers just before the uhf.
It's not actually heat therapy although the waves do
generate heat through vibration of the cancer cells.
