Dont feel bad Breezee .... I arrived at my brothers house one day to find him rolling with laughter at his wife who had tried to boil eggs. She had been used to the microwave only while they were building their house, but now had a stove ...... so to soft boil 6 eggs she`d timed them individually, like you do with microwave cooking, and multiplied by the quantity.......and boiled them for 30mins!
On this type of subject ..... his poor wife, a nice kind simple soul ...he asked her to bring him the electrical extension for the adding machine in his shop ... she arrived with an ear-plug extension.... He calmly inserted it into his ear plugged the other end into the machine and said "Right, thanks, now I got electricity"! She did actually miss him when he died!
