For the most part I too sleep alone, although at times my son sneaks his way in. :) As far as more then that, I like a cool room with lots of blankets in the winter and a sheet in the summer. I tend to toss in my bed since i have sleep issues! lol

At one point in time, when I was working construction, and outside all day I never needed blankets once I got to sleep. Even in the winter, when it's 30 below, I would go to bed with the window open, heat off, and once asleep the sheets were tossed. Worked out good when in a relationship as it seemed to induce cuddling. Now I work inside and find that I feel temperature changes. Don't know if I'm a cover hog now though 'cause I haven't had the honour of sharing a bed in a few years. the only thing I know for sure is that my covers aren't tossed on the floor anymore.

Lol! kricket,we apparently all have sleep issues,or we wouldnt be posting this late.My daughter's in my bed as we speak.It's hard to tell her no,when I dont like sleeping by myself either.

I sleep very well thank you ma'am. I only need about 4 or 5 hours a night to recharge the batteries. I would sleep better probably if I had someone next to me to cuddle up with though, miss that for sure. But life goes on, and someday maybe I will have that again.

I too have no problem finding that happy la-la-land. I'm only awake so late into the night because I work straight afternoons. If I was to crash early tonight I would end up falling asleep on the way home from work tomorrow.

Like to sleep on the right side or on my back, so there is no pressure on the heart. I might be wrong but I feel better that way. I think I have big heart :o)

Another thing about them. Since I only sleep in them , they don't get dirty. So after some time , I will turn them inside-out and wear the clean outer side next to my skin. Saves on laundry like that.
That procedure also works with socks and underwaer.

I have sleep issues but when I do it's with the window open,a fan and usually my son sneaks in. I like a cool room when I sleep and I have to have a blanket.

I don't know how I sleep at night? All I know is if I try too hard to sleep at night, often I can't. Just lay down and fall asleep, since I met hotlips this has been increasingly difficult.......LOL!!!!
