Was watching American Chopper. They were in Scotland riding Harleys in Kilts. Do you think real men should wear Kilts, lol?

Quel image!

Don't care for either, really Thirties technology motorcycles and Middle Ages clothing. I prefer more security and support, at least clothing-wise. Perhaps I have more to protect?

But I mike motorcycles, and especially women who ride them, but not classic Harley types.

I had an 1959 Cushman scooter that just had front brakes. I ate a lot of gravel going down the hill when I applied the brakes.

Yamaha I think are more quiet than the old Suzukis. Harley riders here call Suzukis rice burners, lol.

Perhaps I should add that was a very ex-wife; divorced over ten years ago.

I have a very small motorcycle that is great for getting around Paris with its awful traffic. But I'd like something over 600cc, maybe even 1400cc, but too expensive!

Feminine feedback finally! And one who put a tilt in any kilt!

Don't mean to rag on your area's product. Just don't like 'em.

Rice burners? Could be necessary when the gas is gone.

Yes, a number of times. Wanted to race when I was young and did some in clubs, but never anything even close to that level.

I know some people who like the 750 Norton motorcycle. I was just wondering what you think would be the best motorcyle all around for offroad and onroad?

Do they still make the motorcycle with the sidecar? Would you think the side car would be safer than the motorcycle or would be not as enjoyable a ride as just the motorcycle by itself?

after the ceremony we will all ride down the coast fora bit, those of us with bikes and then we will arrive at the reception... one of the things i looked forward to most was hittin the highway with my daughter's father, he is my first love and one of the most important loves of my life, we are best friends and have been doin this for 35 years now, have done runs for charities and for fun.... nothin like it, that Harley rumble between my legs!! hehheheheheee

and then sunday we expect ...yep SURF'S UP!!!!!!

i get to satisfy my favorite fixes all in one weekend!! damn!!

this is the payoff for three months on the floor with that ceremonial dress!!

I hope you have fun on your ride, Alex. with gas prices here at the last count of $2.70 a gallon I bet there are a lot of Cadillacs and the like just sitting in the garage, lol. People here are starting to even consider the old horse buggy idea. I have ridden on the back of Harleys when I was hitch hiking across the USA. A Harley has an unique sound. I guess they aren't for everybody, lol.
