Bush has literally spent millions of dollars since he's been in office, to help Africa...I investigated it in an earlier thread, and seriously, it is quite impressive as to what he has done so far-for Africa. I don't know if they need more than what he's giving, but I don't think so cuz he's giving an awful lot-and doing a lot of good things-starting new programs etc...

I will stand with Republicans when I see injustice. Maybe because I am Libra and we are the sign of the scales and that is my personality that I am passionate about fairness and justice. And I'm always learning more about myself. Indy could be a teacher.
I might not like what you say at times but I don't hate you and just so you know I will voice my opinions and get passionate but I also like harmony and peace and usually recover quickly.
