Only time I had a room mate, was my ex-wife. We lived together for financial purposes. We already knew each other and our little idiocincracies. So it worked...but we grew tired of each other after a while. It was odd...bringing women home and telling them who the woman was, I had living with me

When I was young I craved the company of beatniks and bohemian hippys and we all shacked up together in a few different ramsackled joints that truely should have been demolished...We even used to drag the old setee on the side walk in the evening and throw bottles at the burnt out car that lived in our back yard...God knows how many people came through our front and back door, some I never did know and there was never more than a jar of vegemite in the fridge and frozen party pies in the freezer...
