Binge drinking is nothing new,it has been going on for years, this country as well as many other countries has always had a problem with alcohol, rather than tackleing the issue of having both parents out at work all day and too tired too parent their children the government is trying too blame it onto our resistence to alcohol,in moderation it is fine and acceptable. But denied the chance to parent your child causes all sorts of social problems It is not the alcohol that is the problem it is beceause the parents do not have the time and energy to mold their kin in to responsible adults.

I know what you mean R, it's not nice to see. Especially when you are the parent blues
My eldest when she was in her 14's came home one night in a right state, could barely stand up. Allsorts were going through my head. I didn't know what she had drunk or what had happened to her, and the most frightening thing was, neither did she. I didn't know whether to nurse her, or nut her one mumbling

Thankfully she's 18 this year and then free to do what she wants. So long as she don't expect me to clear up after her laugh I've just got another 2 to go, who hopefully won't give in to peer pressure roll eyes

I don't like passing crowds of drunken teenagers. Even at the age of 14, they're intimidating, they scare the crap outta me laugh

This never used to happen years ago, its a modern day thing, what do you expect?? I blame the PC mob
yet again we are not allowed to disipline our kids, plus they have no real identity being brought up in this ultra mixed culture, i feel sorry for our kids its OK saying send the lads in the army, i wouldnt want to fight for this country, not unless the fight was to get it back to the British people
