Love and hatred are not connected in anyway -
Its important to go through emotion and if hate is what you feel then go with it ( within reason haha) no revenge channel it in a positive way, yours may be humor, right funny poems anything, its o.k to feel hate, in this society its not ok to act on it and for the safety of society really... haha
but for you now i see no harm in doing something for yourself to channel this energy, how many amazing works of art, literature, music e.t.c have been done in the extreems of emotion. you don't have to be talented, and no one needs to see what you do, or maybe you are a genius, who knows. maybe you need to listen to eavy metal and headbang, who knows, you may even have fun working it out, take up kick boxing, fencing, shooting, O.k maybe shooting isnt such a good idea
you got to make the emotion work for you, with you and help you move to the next stage
