Thats the trouble mate, it wasn't something bad I said and I ended up back in bed while under the influence. What a disaster, first thing in the morning reality came crashing in and I promised myself a life of sobriety.

I try and stay sober when I say nasty things to my ex.
I've had 11 yrs to perfect it and he still gives me reason for it so I want to make sure i remember EVERY little thing I say.
