People take alot of vitamins and supplements these day..... Most people are under the impression that if your body does not need these vitamins that your body then just excretes them..... The one vitamine that you can actually overdose on that can create probles is Vitamin E

Here's mine, if you take Liptor you need to take CQ10 with it.
Your heart is functioning as well and this combats the drug.
Pass this on to someone. My father had been on liptor. Told him
about the Cq10. He produces a article from a doctor that he sent
me about the whole process.
