They may have been fired for inappropriate behavior, but it's age-discrimination if someone is qualified but younger, not to hire them for that reason.

yea ik quite a few people like that, but I think through the interview you can tell how they are. I'm going to be one of the rare successes of the next generation if anyone is interested
