flowers - protocol in CS (28)
I usually send them a ty flower back, or a message if I want to say something longer, unless it's someone really creepy, like those guys from Pakistan that just want to marry someone, anyone!

If I don't know them, I send them a flower stating "meet me in the forums"
If I do know them, depending on how well I want to get to know them is the level of the flower and input I put in the message.

Really, I didn't know we had protocol here. I just do what is normal courtesy like I would in real life. Be nice to people who are nice to me. Unless they're scary.
