I'm not a "big city" fan. Had the chance to visit NYC abt 9 years ago...instead, I saw it from the Jersey shore. That was close enough. <just my quirkiness>

I'd love to visit Kentucky again as long as I don't have coons passing through and rainshowers coming through my car roof.laugh

I'd also like to re-visit Tennessee agian too.

They're both beautiful states.

I'm kidding. Just busting RW's chops should he show up. My in-laws are from Michigan so I've spent lots of time there. Actually very nice - but tooooooooooo cold and the winter's are too long.

Especially in the Upper Penisula of Michigan. Like crossing the Mackinac Bridge which makes you feel like you're up in the clouds and you can see islands for miles.

Oh and taking ferries across to Mackinac Island.

Somewhere In Time the movie starring Jane Seymour was made at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island,Michigan.

I'll pass on southern, California. Anywhere south of Bakersfield.

(For the record, I grew up in Orange County. So I have my reasons.)
