Your corresponding for a year? For god's sake, meet the guy. What's the worst thing that could happen? Nothing that wouldn't happen if you corresponde for another year and then meet. On the other hand, it's easy to be on the other side of this. How do you keep your expectations in check for a year? What does the little girl inside say? She's never wrong, you know.

The little girl is saying go....but the big girl is saying no.....
expectations have been kept in check well.....but I do have to say when it goes on so long the feelings you had at the start begin to fade somewhat.....if you understand what I mean....

huh? I would have thought expectations would be getting higher and higher but i have no experience with such things. Is your biggest worry that you will be just a stop over for him? IE he does this everywhere he travels?
