I was there a couple weeks ago....until I finally didn't have a choice...It happens when I have to much on ky mind....try a hot relaxing bath and maybe that will help darlin.....

your not old until your at least 90!!! my gran is 81 and she got quite ill lst yr and in hospital wen the nurses tried to put a blanket over her legs to keep her warm when she was sittin she told the nurse to go away cos thats what ole people do!!
