I think that is all the worse because they or the person who did this had to know what that purple heart meant,to me that makes it 50 times worse.Already commented buddy,there are no words but to know these people care.

angelface51: A close friend of mine visited his wife's grave. Today was the one year anniversary of her death. Linda fought for her life almost all her life ,First polio then breast cancer.' Vandalism met him when he arrived. Not only was the grave disturbed. The purple heart placed out of respect and love had been ripped from the headstone. He is devestated. please all cs members express sympathy to our friend Diamond That's all the info I have. Thanks to you that respond

But I am also very thankful that he has someone as kind and concerned as you there for him also. He will be put on our prayr chain as soon as I get off here and make the phone call.
