gongman: Richard Wright is now playing the Great Gig In The Sky.

Saw them first live about ´71 .Dark side of the moon.

Then again and again until Momentary Lapse tour.

A Pink Floyd gig was like no other....

RIP and THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man I had no idea. Never did see them in concert. one of my favorite song was "wish you were here"

I like that part where he states. ..we are just two lost souls, swimming in a fish bowl, year after year...dancing cool

My first actual memory of a laser is associated with Pink Floyd. I saw them young, between 4 and 7, as well as the Moodies, Sabbath, and of course Blue Oyster Cult.

They fall into a category of my childhood that can't be described. It is both magical and sci-fi. Mind-altering and matter shattering.

Now, we're off to see the Wizard, with a little dark side of the moon...wait for it...wait for it.

And the lion roars!head banger

RIP Mr. Wright. Thanks for all the inspiration throughout the years. sad flower
