Honestly.. cup of coffee.. paper and pen..
right down all the pros and cons.. and try to see that list for now in black and white.
Distance.. personality.. their likes dislikes... your likes and dislikes about them.
Good on you for wanting to get it sorted ASAP as to not mess them around.

This too, is easy. Be up front, invite them both to dinner. Sit across from them in a booth! Examine the "goods" Tell then why they are there. Problem solved. One will be "utterly" flattered, or they will both slap your face and leave! Then you can more on to your next conquest.
