I use a bread machine; that's because I don't have a proper (decent) oven....
the only nag is that there's only one type of shape for the bread....
now... if I had a proper oven... we'd be talking about braided bread and weird shaped bread....

The weather isn't too bad at the moment at least it has stopped raining for awhile, but it is starting to get very windy.The walk sounds good it clears the head.
Maybe you have to stopped for awhile and give the others a try you might be surprise what you are missing out on.
