Does anyone have a problem with Diet obsession?

I've watched my diet almost every single day for 9 years. Yes, I've taken a day every once in awhile to eat what I want, but now all it does is make me feel guilty and bloated.

Anyone have this weird type of obsession?

Chili

Hey chili I am very careful about what I eat and Have gone to extremes which my doc says it is not bad to always be careful about what you eat as long as you don't let it run your life.

You a Virgo? lol j/k.

I wish I had that much control over myself or does it control you? It just sounds like your a health conscious person and that's very admirable. When you take a break your body probably flips out because it is used to eating certain things. If you feel guilty you might be a little obsessive though. Most people would love to have just a little of your self-control.

I am a virgo lion. I think it is all mind over matter however it is better to be obsessive over good food and not bad food.

Does the fact that I run 5-6 days a week and watch what I eat for years count?

I call it taking care of myself not obsessing. I rarely eat junk food or never, mostly lean meats and fresh vegtables, fish, no fried foods, lots of salads and not caked with dressing.

About the only thing I treat myself with is no sugar added, low fat fudge bars or popsickles.

Now, I did eat a bag of M & M 's the other day, so I guess that is not obsessive.
