you know what my father told me before he died?...i say before he died but actually it was obviously, before then...a bit late after... after all, i don't go to mediums to speak with my dead father...that's not a judgemental statement... if you do, that's cool...not to speak with my father, of course...maybe your own...tho if you wanted to speak with mine, i'm sure he wouldn't mind...he was quite a hospitable chap when he was alive, after all... so if he has the same personality... tho if it's really possible to speak with the dead, i don't know ...as it's not really my thing...or hasn't been until now...maybe in the future...who knows...there is a spanish saying that states...no se puede decir que de ese aqua yo nunca beberé...in italian they say...mai si sa..in english i guess it comes down to ...one just never knows...anyway, he said...son, you got to have a dream..i guess he was right, but today there's a dilemma that he couldn't have possibly envisaged...or, heck, maybe he did...maybe he knew exactly what he was saying.. just maybe in his drug enduced state of euphoria he saw the future...and his advice to me was just that, advice..dream.

in today's society, we have more chance to dream than ever before in history..and more time to realize those dreams...we fly higher, faster and with unprecedented wider seats...steve sipek..who you might know better as stephen hawkes..the star of two tarzan films by the spanish film director, manual cano... the same spek who suffered horrendous burns after an accident during the filming of Brown Prince and only escaped with his life thanks to the intervention of a lion. No ordinary one. sipek had reared the lion from birth.. states that he had a dream from early childhood...it was always his dream from the time he was a boy to play the part of tarzen...and he realized the dream at the age of 27 after moving to america and meeting cano.

so i guess my question comes down to this...have you had a dream since early childhood..or even later..if it's a dream...and you know what freud says, in the interpretion of dreams, about losing a dream...you don't lose one...it gets buried deep in your soul and becomes part of your fabric.. fro good or bad...You may feel that you have not achieved the worldly success that you rightly deserve, but it may equally be that you simply do not express your sincere feelings...neither to yourself nor others...so guys, do you chase your dreams?..or do you let your dreams chase you?

I supose I chase mine. At time I forget what it is due to the daily grind. I pray that I will never forget completely.

It's like this - nearly all of my dreams have already come true......... both good dreams and nightmares.

I really find it frightening.

I feel like some bottled genie, and I don't want all the dreams that are left to come out!

That horrible dream where that obese woman sits on my face and I suffocate............ that dream of drowning, etc

The nice dreams that are left - are they worth letting out of the bottle, if that means also letting out the nightmares?

dunno
