Hey Gilly, When I was backpacking around Papua New Guniea I was the only white person that I ever saw on a bus in the six weeks that I was there. I have to tell you that so many people told me not to go there... that it was really dangerous. I can honestly say that I have never had people treat me so well and take care of me they way they did there. Coming home from a local nightclub... 17 people walked me back to my guest house to make sure I got home ok... I got lost while walking around a town one day and couldn´t find my guest house... 9 kids and their football coach walked my back... and best of all I was invited to go and live with a tribe in the jungle for 2 weeks... what an amazing experience that was!
