If it's the early stages or a brand new relationship just begining I'd prefer a romantic dinner, movie and dancing out.Unless you're feeling comfortable being completely alone with someone you don't normally invite them to your home/apt.

Now If it's been a while into the relationship I think it would be neat if we both planned, shopped, and cooked the meal together.Especially if it's a case of our busy schedules at our jobs. It's obvious not everyone keeps the very same schedules.

We'd open a bottle of wine while making dinner, to share the whole experience because how often do we get to do those kinds of things together?

It would also be a way to not only spend some time together but give us a chance to get even more aquainted with one another and just have some fun.

Light some candles, lower the lights some and put on some soft music.Instead of a tablecloth on the table we'd place a runner w/ matching placmats & napkins and wine/water glasses.

First we'd start off with a salad. Then a afew appetizers. Then the main meal of course and then the dessert.

I would probably cook a lite pasta white wine sauce pasta, maybe a Pasta Penne. A side of homemade bread stix (no garlic), a salad, some sauteed vegetables, and a delectable chocolate moose.

I would have a White Zinfadel to drink.

cristina: I'd prepare all several vegetables, and some fruit, sea food, a table outside, at a small balcony with a nice view, wine, all prepared, and then each of us would cook-frie his/her dish...while we drink wine and laugh, talk, kiss...
